Hon. Steve Ashton, Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation, Government of Manitoba and Chairman of the WESTAC Board officially appoints Oksana Exell as the Council's President & CEO.

The WESTAC Executive Committee is pleased to announce Oksana Exell as our next President starting October 6, 2014. Oksana succeeds Ruth Sol whom we wish a long and happy retirement after over 30 years with our organization.
