The ability to increase & diversify exports of Canada’s energy resources is both a significant opportunity and a controversial issue. In the face of rising global opposition and awareness that perception is often reality – a frank discussion of the risks and reward of energy developments and transportation is needed. WESTAC will explore the subject in a balanced fashion, allowing both proponents and opponents to explain their views.

 

Members will have the opportunity to have a dialogue on this important issue in an in-camera setting.
