WESTAC seeks only limited growth to its present membership in order to maintain maximum effectiveness. The Board of Directors establishes membership priorities and reviews all membership applications. Please contact us for more information about membership.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
  • Members must be active participants in the Western Canadian transportation system and show concern for the region's economic well-being.
  • Members must be represented by a senior official of the organization.
  • Members must support the objectives of the Council.

  • Computerized files of over 1000 key contacts in transportation-related organizations.
  • Information on new appointments.
  • Other resource services such as providing lists of potential speakers and guests for functions and identifying candidates for employment and consulting assignments.

WESTAC responds promptly and confidentially to hundreds of individual Member requests for information and assistance each year. Upon request from a Member, the WESTAC secretariat will undertake research assignments on specific topics.
