WESTAC maintains the following resources:
- Over 60,000 news articles, dating back to 1974, and sorted by category
- Comprehensive library of books, reports and policy papers
- Corporate profiles for Members and other key organizations in the transportation industry.
- Computerized files of over 1000 key contacts in transportation-related organizations.
- Information on new appointments.
- Other resource services such as providing lists of potential speakers and guests for functions, and identifying candidates for employment and consulting assignments.
- On request, the secretariat will undertake research assignments on specific topics, such as trade flows, overseas container markets, airport transfers, etc.
