The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall policy and program of WESTAC. Directors are elected from the Official Representatives of the Member Organizations, and the Board's structure reflects the general composition of the total Membership. Directors are elected for a one year term at the Annual Business Meeting and meet three times per year.
